The Dugout Project: Hospitality on the Field

Campaign Story
Because every kid deserves a place to belong.
In our Tel Aviv baseball league, the dugout is more than just a bench.
It’s where friendships are formed, encouragement is given, and belonging begins.
It’s a front-row seat to joy, growth, and second chances.
We’re raising $5,000 to turn our dugout into a place of welcome—with better gear, shared uniforms, cold drinks, and practical tools that let kids know they matter.
This isn’t about fancy lights or a professional field.
It’s about creating an atmosphere of dignity and inclusion—one cold Gatorade, one shared glove, one encouraging voice at a time.
Your donation will help us:
⚾ Equip the bench with extra gloves, bats, and helmets for kids who don’t have their own
🥤 Stock a “Dugout Cooler” with drinks/snacks during practices and games (especially in the Tel Aviv heat!)
👕 Provide shared uniforms for kids who can’t afford one, so everyone looks and feels part of the team
💺 Add small upgrades to the dugout area—shade, hooks for gear, and seating for families who come watch
Some kids show up late, empty-handed, and unsure if they belong.
We want them to know they do—from the moment they step in.
When people are treated with kindness, served quietly, and given room to flourish—it changes everything.
That’s the kind of baseball we’re building.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join us.
