Campaign Story

At Sumba House of Hope, we’re transforming a seasonal rice field into a flourishing year-round vegetable garden, bringing hope and nourishment to over 50 students and staff. With the installation of a new well, water tower, and irrigation system, we’ll be able to cultivate fresh vegetables all year long, providing vital food and creating opportunities to sell surplus produce. This change is not just about food; it's about teaching students updated gardening techniques, empowering them to take this knowledge back to their villages. Together, we can break the cycle of hunger that grips our community during the dry months, ensuring every family has enough to eat. Join us in planting the seeds of change! By supporting the Kawangu Garden of Life, you’re helping to create a sustainable source of food and education for our students.
