Giving Tuesday Match for AG Missionaries

How Assemblies of God missionaries earn a $50 match for every new donor who gives $10 or more on Giving Tuesday 2026.

[!INFO] For Assemblies of God missionaries only. The Giving Tuesday match is available only to Assemblies of God (AG) missionaries with a HopeGives campaign. It is not available to other campaign types.

Every new donor who gives $10 or more adds $50 to your campaign on top of their gift.

  • A $10 donation becomes $60 with the match
  • A $100 donation becomes $150 with the match

The Details

  • To qualify for the match, a gift needs to be made online through your HopeGives campaign page and be at least $10
  • Training videos required. You must watch the HopeGives training videos to qualify.
  • $50 per donor. We add $50 to your campaign for every unique donor who gives a single gift of $10 or more.
  • One match per donor, per campaign. Donors are identified by email address. If John Smith gives four times to your campaign, you get one $50 match. If he also gives to other missionaries' campaigns, each of those campaigns gets its own $50 match.
  • No gifts from the campaign owner. Gifts to your own campaign made with your email address don't qualify.
  • Giving Tuesday is December 1, wherever you are. The match opens when December 1 first begins anywhere in the world and closes when it ends everywhere, or when 4,000 donors are matched, whichever comes first.
    • Official window: Monday, Nov 30 at 4:00 AM CT (10:00 UTC) through Wednesday, Dec 2 at 6:00 AM CT (12:00 UTC)
  • Gifts still come in after the match ends. Every donation goes to your campaign. You just won't receive the extra $50.
  • Track it live. A real-time counter on the HopeGives home page shows how many matches remain.
  • When you get your match. We'll tally the totals after Giving Tuesday and aim to distribute matching funds by mid-January. The goal is to have this distributed quickly, but if we need more time to reconcile everything, we'll take it, and we'll keep you informed of your exact amount.
  • Where your match goes. Matching will be distributed to the campaign link you provide in the sign-up form.
